10 years ago, the Havenwood Police Department covered up a massacre. Now, Detective James Fincher, a survivor of the massacre, is investigating a string of teenage murders. After receiving a tip from the local coroner, he believes the Ripper may be back. The teenagers of Havenwood are in danger, and Fincher must get to the Ripper before he completes his bloody rampage!
