LA Times brings us the story about the house, featured in season 1 of "American Horror Story", is up for sale. For a $5 MILLION you can own the house.
Not sure if the ghosts of the Harmon family is included in the price, though.
The Tudor-style house in Arlington Heights that captured the imagination of TV viewers nationwide when it was used as the haunted setting for the first season of the FX series “American Horror Story” is back on the market at $4,999,900.
Suitable for large-scale entertaining, the Alfred F. Rosenheim Mansion was built in 1908. Three stories of nooks and crannies include stained-glass windows, period light fixtures, a billiards room, a sunroom, six fireplaces, six bedrooms, five bathrooms and 7,588 square feet of living space. The basement contains a hidden room.
Perhaps hoping to capitalize on its stardom during the 2011 TV season, the Los Angeles historic-cultural monument has been priced at as much as $17 million.
