As I've reported before, CW is picking up the series "Arrow", based on the hero Green Arrow. This article from TV Line the series will premiere this fall. "Arrow" stars Stephen Arnell as Oliver Queen, Colin Donnell as Tommy and Katie Cassidy as Lauren Lance.
