Could Lego Have Given Us A "Man Of Steel" Spoiler?

Brick Heroes tells us about the toys revealed at the 2013 London Toy Fair. Specifically:

76003 Superman - Battle of Smallville : Général Zod, Colonel Hardy, Tor-An, Superman et Faora

Tor-An was one of General Zod's soldiers on Krypton who was imprisoned with him in the Phantom Zone. After escaping, Tor-An was one of five soldiers who became sleeper agents on Earth.

Could we have a similar story coming up in "Man Of Steel"? I don't see a character named "Tor-An" in the IMDb credits, but that doesn't mean there aren't sleeper agents in the story.
