Star Wars: Rebels (TV) - Meet Kanan, The Cowboy Jedi

The series is set 14 years after Episode III. The character of Kanan is voiced by Freddy Prinze Jr. He's described as a "cowboy Jedi", one who doesn't fit into the mold of how we've come to see Jedi behave.
