Lucy (2014) - Bluray Release Announced

Universal Studios Home Entertainment is bringing director Luc Besson's Lucy to Blu-ray early next year. The action-packed sci-fi thriller stars Scarlett Johansson, Morgan Freeman, Min-sik Choi, Amr Waked, Julian Rhind-Tutt and Pilou Asbæk, and arrives on Blu-ray on January 20, 2015.

Official Synopsis: From La Femme Nikita and The Professional to The Fifth Element (each of which is currently available on Blu-ray), filmmaker Luc Besson has created some of the toughest, most memorable female action heroes in cinematic history. Now, Besson directs Scarlett Johansson in Lucy, which tracks a woman accidentally caught in a dark deal who turns the tables on her captors and transforms into a merciless warrior evolved beyond human logic. Lucy also stars Academy Award winner Morgan Freeman and is produced by Virginie Besson-Silla for EuropaCorp.

The Blu-ray release of Lucy is presented in 1080p with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround. The combo pack includes a DVD and Digital HD UltraViolet digital copy. Special features are as follows:
